Pictures of the Products displayed in our website are for illustrative purpose and picture of the actual products will be shared with you by our supporting staffs prior to delivery. All the items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available with the option either to cancel your order or, having told you when we can fulfil it, to wait for item to become available. All descriptions of products, product picture, or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.

APPLICABLE LAW

The Laws of Emirate of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates shall govern the use of the Site and the terms & conditions, without regards to conflict of laws principals. All disputes arising in connection therewith shall be heard only by a court of competent jurisdiction in Sharjah, U.A.E.

PURCHASES

If you wish to Purchase or order any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use
any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete. By submitting
such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of Purchases. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time, for certain reasons, including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, suspicion of fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction or other reasons. For all orders above AED 500, a 20% advance payment is required to confirm the order.
We will process the order only upon receiving the advance payment. The mode of this payment will be intimated as soon as we received your order.
All the purchases shall be in currency UAE Dirhams (AED).

METHODS OF PAYMENT

1. Cash On Delivery (POS Machine).
2. Card (Master Card or Visa Card) on Delivery.
3. Payment link (Master Card or Visa Card).
4. Direct Bank transfer.

DELIVERY DURATION AND CHARGE

The delivery period shall be 1 to 7 working days across the United Arab Emirates, depending on the items ordered. For same-day delivery, please check with us prior to
placing your order, as additional delivery charges may apply based on the situation.

If the delivery location is not within our city limits, then it will be intimated in advance and an additional delivery charge will be applicable in this case.

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY-Terms and conditions

If the received products do not match the specifications listed on our website in terms of dimensions and colour, or if you find any damage to the products, you have the right to cancel the order or request a replacement at no additional charge. Given that we are working with live plants, items need to be checked at the time of delivery and returned on same time. You need to intimate us immediately by contacting us via Mobile / WhatsApp: +971 50 8487026 or +971 50 2267390 or email:
[email protected], with in 1 calendar day to return any item other than Plants and flowers. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. The item should be in its original packaging and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. We will attempt to collect the return items ourselves. If we are unable to arrange for return shipping, you will need to send the products to a convenient location in Dubai. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return. We will inform you of the status of your refund after the inspection. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund, which will be processed within one week. If you did not pay for the return shipping, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Payments made through a card via POS machine will be refunded to the same card. If the payment was made through a payment link, cash on delivery, or bank transfer, the refund will be transferred to the bank account you provide in the UAE.
