Refund and Returns Policy- If the received products do not match the specifications listed on our website in terms of dimensions and color, or if you find any damage to the products, you have the right to cancel the order or request a replacement at no additional charge.
Given that we are working with live plants, items need to be checked at the time of delivery and returned on same time. You need to intimate us immediately by contacting us via Mobile / WhatsApp: +971 50 8487026 or +971 50 2267390 or email:[email protected], with in 1 calendar day to return any item other than Plants and flowers.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. The item should be in its original packaging and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
We will attempt to collect the return items ourselves. If we are unable to arrange for return shipping, you will need to send the products to a convenient location in Dubai.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return. We will inform you of the status of your refund after the inspection. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund, which will be processed within one week. If you did not pay for the return shipping, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Payments made through a card via POS machine will be refunded to the same card. If the payment was made through a payment link, cash on delivery, or bank transfer,
